Calida is registered with Holsteiner Verband, imported from Germany to the USA for sport, where she competed successfully up to 1.40M classes. Her sire is the legendary Holsteiner stallion Calido I, one of the most important jumper sires in the world of show jumping and ranked 74th on the WBFSH Sire Ranking 2020 - Jumping. Her Stamm line 5064 counts among the Holsteiner studbook’s most successful mare families in the Holsteiner breeding program (Cantus x Roman). Her dam sire Acobat II was a great stallion with top qualities and a high level of elasticity. He won many young horse jumping competitions, competed at the Bundeschampionat and, later in his career, he was placed in many S jumping competitions. His prodigy present themselves in the same type as their sire: attractive, with elastic movement and significant scope. Calida is an absolute breeders dream, and has quickly earned top spot as a foundation mare for our program. Her first born son Diamante’s Calido, was foaled in April of 2020 by the impressive young stallion Diamante Fino (Diamante de Semilly x Corrado I x Fernando I). Pedigree alone makes him a promising candidate as a breeding stallion, and a likely future for the top of sport.

WH LIFESTYLE - LEADER x carolus i x Cor De La Bryere

Lifestyle or Bonita as she is known in the barn, is registered with CWHBA as a premium mare, competing successfully up to 1.20M as a 6 year old before selecting her as a breeding mare. Her sire WH Leader carries an outstanding pedigree which is contributed by both sire and dam. His sire, Landadel was well known throughout Europe as a breeding stallion that consistently produced superior off-spring. Leader's dam, Grandezza, is a full sister to the internationally renowned gelding Grannusch, ridden by John Whitaker. Leader showed extremely well in the show ring, and along with his pedigree and ability to produce outstanding athletes, granting him the privilege to be a main contributor in the stallion station. Her dam sire Carolus I competed to 1.50M himself, and not just impressive in the ring, he also proved to be an incredible breeding stallion for the Holsteiner breed, producing 376 offspring to reach the 1.60M level. Carolus I’s sire, Capitol I, is one of the most consistent show jumping sires in the world and founder of a widely successful stallion dynasty. Carrying the stamm line 474A, her maternal grandsire Cor de la Bryere is one of the most influential sires in modern warmblood breeding. He is known as the "Reserve Stallion of the Century", second only to Landgraf I. Bonita has produced 2 foals for us (HB Limitless and HB Catinka) both show to be extremely athletic, with long legs producing a top quality canter and elastic gaits. The stallion selection seems to add a little more to her breeding’s than with most mares, this versatility gives the opportunity to produce something quite interesting.

LECHUZA LYNX - LYNX X COSMIC VOYAGER X PROMISED LAND

Lechuza Lynx is registered with the CWHBA as a premium mare. Her sire, Lynx was a multi-talented stallion and competed in dressage, eventing and the hunter ring. Lynx possessed excellent jumping ability, with good scope and quality jumping technique; however, he achieved the most success in dressage under his owner/rider Pat Deptford, winning multiple championships up to Intermediare level. Lynx's extrordinary diversity was rewarded when he was presented with the very first Canadian Warmblood Horse Breeders Lifetime Achievement Award for earning points in hunter, jumper, event and dressage competitions. Lynx was also noted for have an exceptional temperament which he passed onto his offspring. Lynx’s sire, Lincoln was sired by Landgraf I, who is considered by warmblood breeders across the globe to be one of, if not THE, Stallion of the Century. Of all the Ladykiller sons, Landgraf I was able to assert himself the best. At this time, he is the most successful sire of show jumpers the world has seen. Her stamm line TB-1b (mtDNA N2a) consists of Nasrullah (Sire of Bold Ruler, whom sired Secretariat) and Mahmoud, quite possibly the two most influential and winningest blood lines of the thoroughbred horse. These champion thoroughbred lines when combined with the blood of Landgraf I and Holsteiner stamm 185 create one of the most athletic and powerful canters we have come across, and is very dominant throughout her progeny. Lechuza Lynx is now happily retired, but not before leaving behind a legacy of 3 exceptional offspring (HB Maserati, HB Cecond Chance, HB C’est La Vie). We stand her son, HB Cecond Chance at stud, in hopes to pass on another generation of champions.

IZOBELL (IT’S ME) - INCOLOR X CLINTON X CARPRILLI

IZOBELL (IT’S ME) - INCOLOR X CLINTON X CARPRILLI

Izobell (it’s me) - incolor x clinton x carprilli

Izobell (It’s Me) or Mimi as she is known in the barn, is registered with the Swedish Warmblood Association. She was imported to Canada in 2017 for sport and has competed in Europe up to 1.45M level. We acquired her as a maiden mare for breeding in February 2021, and have hopes for her first foal in the spring of 2022. Her sire Incolor was the Reserve Champion of the 2003 Springpferdezuchtverband Oldenburg-International approval. In 2004 he won the Oldenburg State Championships hands down in the class for four year old jumpers and in the years that followed, he won series of novice, elementary and medium level tests for young jumpers with scores of up to 8.9. In 2006 Incolor became the Oldenburg State Vice Champion and best Oldenburg jumper stallion of his year. He qualified for the Bundeschampionat twice. His foals are convincing as far as type and movement qualities are concerned, just like Incolor who is not only an outstanding jumper but also received the highest scores for his walk and canter as well. His sire, C-Indoctro, combines the two great C-lines in Holstein breeding through Capitol and Caletto II. He sired top international jumpers such as No Limit, Nassau, Montreal, Maserati, Orame, Sheraton, Nothing to Lose, Nirvana and Wittinger and is ranked 54th on the WBFSH SIRE RANKING 2020 - JUMPING. The Oldenburg dam line of Waldfeuer contains not only the living legend, Argentinus, but also two significant Thoroughbred stallions, Ballyboy and Adonis (through Adjunkt). His dam, Whizz Kid, a mare with elite status, also produced the premium stallion Fortinbras by For Pleasure. Fortinbras' daughter, Liza Minelli, was the 2005 World Champion of five year old show jumpers in Zangersheide. Mimi’s dam sire Clinton was son to the famous Contender, who proved himself to be the most influential son of Calypso II and one of the greatest of the stallions to descend from Cor de la Bryère. Contender was in his time, one of the most sought after stallions in Germany. He has produced 127 approved sons, and 59 state premium mares including Riconda who won the Elite Mare Show at Rastede in 1993. As of 2006, in Holstein, Oldenburg, Hannover and Rhineland, Contender had produced 782 registered mares, and 498 successful offspring in the sport. Needless to say, Mimi is born from a lineage of incredible show jumpers, and we look forward to continuing the legendary history of excellence through her progeny.
